bkc chemical is a version of benzalkonium chloride in aqueous solution. It is best known, and widely used, as a germicide Quaternary ammonium. It is used in topical preparations in the pharmaceutical, veterinary and cosmetic industries. pH Boosters are liquid alkaline formulation, used as alkalinity source for boiler feed water. It is synergized with properties of pH booster and water conditioning. It have unique pH adjusting qualities and uses and distribution throughout the steam plant helps to protect from corrosion. It is often used in conjunction with low concentrations of hydrazine or ammonia to provide a comprehensive all-volatile treatment chemistry for corrosion protection for the steam systems of such plants. It decomposes reasonably slowly in the absence of oxygen at the high temperatures and pressures in these steam systems. Boiler water pH booster or alkalinity builder is a multipurpose Boiler Water Treatment Chemical that increases the alkalinity and pH of boiler water for corrosion inhibition and also aids in removal of sludge or boiler deposits and prevention of scaling in boiler tubes. Normally the Boiler feed water pH should be at 9.5-10 for avoiding boiler tubes corrosion or rusting due to acidic attack.

It is a dry free flowing powder contains concentrated source of free flowing hydrolytic enzymes and ten strains of natural bacteria that are genetically capable of producing enzymes in waste water treatment systems under aerobic and an aerobic conditions. It is used for reducing BOD, COD levels as well as reducing the sludge volumes odoor and color in the effluent and sewage treatment plants. Waste water treatment has assumed great significance in today's context, where protecting the environment is a prime concern. The main objective of the waste water treatment is to treat the effluent before it is discharged so that the environment is not polluted. Waste water treatment in general refers to treatment of suspended and floatable material, treatment of biodegradable organics and the elimination of pathogenic organisms. The contamination in the waste water are removed by physical, chemical and biological means, these organisms are effectively removed by Pro-Envy Plus.BENEFITS:Ø Sludge volume will be reduced more, as more solids are digested. Ø Remove bad odor.Ø Sludge will be easier to pump, process and dewater and will have less odor too. The capacity of the system will be effectively increased, because more waste can be processed, more effectively in, in less time.Ø Easier to balance the treatment system.Ø Bacterial oxidation of the liquid phase will be faster and more complete. Application Process:
Dosage rate will vary with retention times BOD / COD ranges, water temperature, pH, sludge build up and pond depth.Ø For one lakh L TR of effluent, Use 20 ppm i.e 2 Kgs of Pro-Envy Plus Per day .Ø For 06 alternative days dosage. From 13th day onwards weekly twice 05 ppm i.e 500 gm Pro-Envy Plus.Ø Normal preventive maintain rates are based on the following criteria as Minimum retention time of 5 days BOD ranges of 150000 – 40 ppm with pH of 3-12.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:It should be activated by mixing them in a bucket of warm  water for few minutes. Pour the slurry into the system at a  point where normal water flow will disperse it evenly . The  best way is to pour it into the waste stream inside the plant  or just before it flows out into the plant / pour it directly into  the middle of the pond or around the perimeter . Bad odours and sludge accumulations take months and years to build up, and it will take some time to get rid of them, begin the treatment with double the weekly normal dosage for a period of 3-4 weeks, after seeing a significant improvements and can cut back to normal weekly dose. Severe accumulation of sludge may take one / more years to get eliminated.

NOTE:The product is to be used in a waste treatment system with a continuous flow and hydraulic retention of less than 24 Hrs. The products may be soaked in luke warm water at 30 degree C for 8 hrs in 1 % water solution to activate the biological components and to allow the bacteria to get a start. Soaking period of over 10-12 hrs is recommended.In multiple level applications it is recommended to dose at the lowest level first. The point of application should be in an area which allows the product maximum time in the system.
